hello,
i've had real hair extensions for almost 2 yrs now. (my sister in law is a hair dresser).
we change them maybe every 4 months or so.
we recently put a new batch in, and 3 days after..my own hair was bunching up and knotting.
it got so bad, we took out the extensions, put a japanese hair straightener on my hair..then put extensions in.
after about the same amount of time...3-4 days, it's starting to bunch up again causing knots, and for me to have to pull some extensions out.
i used a leave in conditioner and as of today, tried using a detangling spray.
it seems a bit better, but still isn't laying completely flat....i keep having to brush through the hair to keep the knots out.
do you have any idea what could be causing this? i know the air has been quite humid, so i'm hoping that's all it really is.
